Individualized Education Services Administrator
Are you an experienced special education professional who is passionate about helping students receive the services and support they need to succeed? Latham Centers is seeking an Individualized Education Services Administrator to oversee IEP development, compliance, assessments, and educational services for students with complex special needs. This leadership role works closely with families, school districts, educators, clinical teams, and advocates to ensure students' educational programs are thoughtfully developed, implemented, and monitored.
Location: Brewster, MA
Compensation: $85,000-$103,000 annually (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:00

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Special Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a special education setting with direct IEP development and compliance responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Massachusetts special education regulations and federal IDEA requirements
- Experience facilitating IEP meetings, managing timelines, and overseeing implementation
- Massachusetts DESE Administrator Licensure required
- Valid driver's license
- Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- CPR/First Aid certification
- CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification
- Massachusetts Special Education teaching license preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate IEP meetings, including annual reviews, quarterly updates, and amendments
- Serve as the primary liaison between Latham Centers, school districts, families, guardians, and advocates regarding IEP-related matters
- Monitor IEP implementation and ensure services and accommodations are delivered as written
- Review IEPs for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with individual student needs
- Track IEP timelines and ensure required documentation and quarterly progress reports are completed on time
- Coordinate triennial evaluations, including academic, psychological, and functional assessments
- Facilitate state assessments such as MCAS and MCAS-Alt, including eligibility, accommodations, and testing logistics
- Collaborate with educational and clinical teams to align programming with student IEP goals
- Maintain accurate student IEP and assessment records in accordance with DESE and IDEA requirements
- Support professional development and training for education staff related to IEP documentation, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Assist with state audits, monitoring visits, and program reviews
- Participate in student intake and review prior educational records to support continuity of services
- Provide educational input during student team meetings
- Mentor and provide functional supervision to first-year teachers
- Participate in the school's administrative on-call rotation
- Supervise assigned staff and complete required evaluations
