Individualized Learning Instructor – OR Availability!

• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families.
  


• Adjust curriculum, assignments, and instructional approaches as needed.
  


• Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  


• Implement positive behavioral strategies and maintain an organized classroom.
  


• Monitor student performance and document progress toward established objectives.
  


• Provide differentiated instruction aligned with individual learning needs and IEP goals.
  


• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and school support personnel.
  


• Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment focused on student development.
  

Requirements

1. Active Oregon teaching license with a Special Education endorsement.
   


2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field required
   


3. Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success.
