• Identify and resolve clashes through BIM coordination
• Incorporate RFIs, field markups, design revisions, and other updates into project models
• Create spool sheets and fabrication drawings to support prefabrication
• Work with project managers, estimators, field supervisors, and electricians
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and production schedules
• Support BIM/VDC process improvements

What you bring:
• At least 2 years of CAD/BIM experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Proficiency with AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Navisworks Viewer, and Revizto
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, one-line diagrams, specifications, and project documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Experience with an electrical contractor, Navisworks Manage, Autodesk Construction Cloud/BIM 360, electrical prefabrication, or electrical construction methods is preferred.

If you’re ready to put your CAD/BIM skills directly into the construction process and work on projects where your drawings make a real difference in the field, this could be the next move for you.
