Sizemore, Inc. is looking for an Industrial Housekeeper in Tyler, TX!

Job Description: The Industrial Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of assigned facility area(s).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning of all assigned areas as directed
• Maintain interior spaces, exterior grounds, and green areas
• Complete non-routine cleaning tasks based on work orders
• Remove trash and recycling daily; prepare bins for scheduled pickup
• Respond to emergency cleaning and maintenance requests
• Ensure all chemicals are properly labeled and stored
• Maintain clear communication with management
• Keep restrooms and break areas clean, stocked, and organized
• Accurately follow and complete job requests from management and clients
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Represent Sizemore, Inc. in a professional manner
• Track and document the use of chemicals, supplies, and equipment

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (depending on position and legal requirements)
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Minimum of 2 years of janitorial experience
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and occasional overtime
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Problem-solving ability and self-motivation
