Here are just a few things you can expect to do daily:   

• Hold daily start up meeting with team 

• Hold daily toolbox talks with team  

• Delegate daily work assignments  

• Meet with customer contacts as  daily, weekly  

• Provide direction on work execution  

• Ensure accountability of team members in quality, safety, and engagement   

• Assist as needed in field   

• Conduct quality audits of jobs in field  

• Ensure all documentation is completed timely and correctly  

• Establish performance goals for team members  

• Recognize team accomplishments  

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal  

• Policy understanding and enforcement  

• Have deep knowledge of craft skills  

• OSHA certification, 10-hour , 30-hour preferred    

• Conduct employee performance reviews.  

• Maintain documentation for any employee issues that arise.   

• Escalate issues to account manager as   

• Review and approve time-off requests. Appropriately schedule employee time off to ensure proper manpower levels. Inform employees of any denial of time off and explain reasoning to them.  

• Maintain direct on-going communication with other company supervisors to ensure smooth workflow processes.  

• Accept feedback from others, set goals to improve performance based upon this feedback.  

• Inspires and motivates others to perform well.  

• Exhibit objectivity and openness to others’ views.  

• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by company and customer.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in an industrial setting is .
