Industrial Maintenance Technician

The Role:

We are looking for hands -on, safety -first mechanical experts to take ownership of preventative and corrective maintenance on heavy mill systems and equipment. You won't just be turning wrenches; you will be expected to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems, propose operational improvements, and uphold the highest safety standards in the plant.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Military Technical Background: Recent Navy transition (e.g., 6 -year enlistment) highly preferred. or 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment (your military service strongly qualifies).
  

• Core Mechanical Expertise: Deep fundamental knowledge of mechanical power transmission components (couplings, bearings, and gearing).
  

• Systems Experience: Hands -on experience troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic systems, drive shafts, pumps, conveyor systems, and air compressors.
  

• The "Above and Beyond" Factor: We are looking for candidates with a demonstrated initiative attitude. You will need to highlight commendations, special projects, or participation in activities that go outside the normal scope of standard military and civilian duties.
  

• Bonus Skills: Any welding experience is a strong plus.
  

• Safety Mindset: A proven track record of upholding strict safety policies and operational procedures.
