- Lead and manage daily industrial service operations, including maintenance scheduling, work order management, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans to maximize equipment reliability and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Supervise a team of service technicians and coordinators, providing performance feedback, training, and professional development.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to align service activities with production schedules and capital projects.
- Manage relationships with external service vendors, contractors, and equipment suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and drive improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry-specific protocols (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA).
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and asset history using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma within the service operations function.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of progressive experience in industrial maintenance, service operations, or manufacturing management.
- Proven experience managing maintenance teams and overseeing service delivery in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, IBM TRIRIGA) and digital maintenance tools.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to work in a plant environment with physical demands (e.g., walking, climbing, lifting).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift coverage and on-call responsibilities as needed.
