Material Handler / Forklift Operator – Harrison, OH

Cincinnati Incorporated is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler / Forklift Operator to transport products, parts, and materials throughout the plant and yard. In this role, you’ll operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment, stock materials in designated locations, and deliver parts and supplies where they are needed to support production.
This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, organization, safety, and a willingness to learn are essential. Prior forklift experience is preferred but not required. We’re looking for individuals who are ready to learn, work as part of a team, and take pride in keeping materials organized and production moving.

Physical Demands:
This position is active and requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and communicate effectively. Must be able to regularly lift, move, or carry up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The employee may occasionally be exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment can be loud at times.
