At Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing (RLL), winning begins in the garage. We are constantly looking for experienced, passionate race mechanics to join our IndyCar Mechanic Talent Pool — a proactive recruiting pipeline that ensures we are prepared when the next opportunity arises.

THE ROLE OF AN RLL INDYCAR MECHANIC

• Racecar Build and Maintenance 
• Trackside Execution and Travel

• Proven experience in IndyCar, IMSA, F2/F3, or other high-performance racing 
• Extensive technical knowledge and practical mechanical skills
