• You’ll establish and lead integrated project controls across cost, schedule, risk, and performance management.
• You’ll provide leadership-level insight to Project Director and executive stakeholders on project health, risks, and corrective actions.
• You’ll implement governance, reporting, and control processes aligned with a structured Project Delivery System.
• You’ll personally develop and manage integrated master schedules (Level 1–4) across development and execution phases.
• You’ll lead cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis, including support for estimate development.
• You’ll implement earned value management (EVM) and progress measurement.
• You’ll develop and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• You’ll ensure alignment between engineering deliverables, procurement milestones, and construction sequencing across generation and T&D scopes
• You’ll monitor critical path, path of construction, and schedule performance metrics.
• You’ll lead scheduled risk analysis and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• You’ll establish total installed cost (TIC) tracking, forecasting, and reporting processes across generation and T&D portfolios.
• You’ll manage budget control, commitments, change management, and cash flow forecasting.
• You’ll provide forward-looking cost insights and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• You’ll support development and validation of Class III estimates for regulatory and investment decisions.
• You’ll develop and maintain an integrated risk register covering cost, schedule, and execution risks across multiple asset classes.
• You’ll perform quantitative risk analysis (QRA) and support contingency management strategies
• You’ll monitor leading indicators such as CPI/SPI, change order exposure, material availability, and field productivity.
• You’ll identify early warning signals and drive mitigation actions across the project team.
• You’ll develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and performance reports.
• You’ll support monthly and quarterly project performance reviews with senior leadership.
• You’ll ensure consistency and accuracy of reporting across contractors and project teams.
• You’ll communicate project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
