The Infrastructure Automation Engineer Is Responsible For Experience understanding business requirements, translating them into processes that can be automated using standard IaC tools or custom code. Good understanding of public cloud computing architectures and services. Experienced in using cloud-native technologies, cloud cybersecurity, and implementation patterns to lower costs, improve speed to market, increase efficiency, and enable innovation. Experience leveraging modern technologies to increase velocity and decrease the cost of solution delivery, including cloud technologies, microservices architecture, and containerization. Requirements Education: BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Experience At least five years of IT infrastructure administration or configuration experience At least two years of experience working on any major cloud provider Experience with Infrastructure provisioning tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, CloudFormation, etc. Experience with Configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc. Experience deploying IaC via CI/CD pipelines in tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc. Experience with Policy as Code in tools such as HashiCorp Sentinel, Azure Policy, Open Policy Agent, etc. Proficiency in automation testing frameworks building integration, acceptance, and performance test automation Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with business and customer representatives Passion for growing your skills, tackling interesting work and challenging problems BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience Experience working using agile, lean, and DevOps delivery practices and methodologies. Computer Skills: Proficiency with standard office productivity and developer tools; General computer troubleshooting.
