Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven In-Home A/C, Plumbing, and electrical Sales Representative to join our team. You will be the first salesperson! Must have experience within home HVAC sales. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC, Plumbing and electrical systems to homeowners. We will provide You will meet with clients in their homes, assess their A/C needs, provide expert recommendations, and close sales by offering customized solutions that align with their requirements and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proven sales experience, in HVAC, a must.
• Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, including types, features, and energy efficiency options.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Comfortable conducting in-home consultations and working directly with homeowners.
• Ability to identify customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on results.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a drug test.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance is a plus.
