With rapid growth across multiple markets, we're building a world-class Sewer Sales Division and are looking for high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners
• Assess customer needs and recommend high-ticket sewer solutions
• Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
• Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution
  
  

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for proven in-home and field sales professionals who are comfortable selling high-ticket products or services directly to homeowners.

Your background could include:

• Roofing Sales

• Other High-Ticket In-Home Sales

You don't need plumbing or sewer experience.
We can teach you the technical side. What you need to bring is proven sales ability, confidence, resilience, and the ability to close.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in outside or in-home sales.
• Proven experience selling directly to customers face-to-face.
• Experience working with high-ticket products or services.
• Experience being the first salesperson in the home, rather than simply taking over an appointment after someone else identified the problem.
• Experience closing customers during the initial appointment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based sales environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to carry approximately 40 lbs. up and down stairs.
• Willingness to learn the technical side of sewer systems and residential plumbing.
