About the Role A growing ABA company based in the Five Towns is seeking an In-House Counsel to take ownership of lease negotiations and purchase and sale agreements. Working directly within the business, you'll play a key role in supporting its legal needs across real estate and transactional matters. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney ready to step into a meaningful in-house role.

Key Responsibilities

Transactional Work

• Draft, review, and negotiate lease agreements


• Handle purchase and sale agreements (PSAs)

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of legal experience


• Background in real estate or transactional law preferred


• Active law license in good standing
