Injector Operator Days - Whole Bird Packing

Job Responsibilities

• Perform machine line setup and changeover functions
• Monitor machine operations to ensure productivity goals are met
• Ensure startup, break, and lunch sanitation procedures are completed and satisfy GMP requirements
• Monitor and verify product specifications
• Maintain and verify production compliance with specifications, productivity, yield, and quality standards
• Ensure safety equipment is used, lockout/tagout procedures are followed, and job rotation is practiced
• Ensure tear down and dry cleanup are completed at the end of shift
• Complete all daily production reports

Minimum Qualifications

• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve minor mechanical problems
• Basic math skills
• Able to work in a cold environment (32–40 degrees)
• Able to lift, bend, and reach
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous production or machine operation experience preferred
