How You Will Make a Difference

• • Complete therapy assessments and treatment plans within regulatory timeframes.
• • Facilitate daily groups (CBT/DBT/psychoeducation), family sessions, and discharge planning.
• • Coordinate aftercare with community providers; remove barriers to continuity.
• • Document progress notes that reflect measurable goals and outcomes.
• • Coordinate with rounding providers and daytime interdisciplinary teams to keep care plans moving.
• • Support safe discharges and smooth handoffs to evening/night teams.

What We’re Looking For

• • Master’s degree with state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LMFT).
• • 1+ year inpatient or acute behavioral health experience preferred.
• • Strong group therapy and crisis intervention skills.
