A Jimmy John's inshop crew member's main duties include making fast and accurate sandwiches, providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, and taking orders over the phone and at the register. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary restaurant, including prepping food, restocking supplies, and completing other cleaning tasks. 

STARTING PAY $13.00 PER HOUR!!!

Core responsibilities

• Sandwich preparation: 
• Making sandwiches quickly and accurately according to company recipes and standards. 
• 
  
• Customer service: 
• Greeting customers with a positive attitude, taking orders, and handling transactions at the cash register. 
• 
  
• Cleanliness: 
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by cleaning tables, floors, and other areas, as well as following all food safety guidelines. 
• 
  
• Order taking: 
• Taking phone orders and completing delivery tickets accurately. 
• 
  
• Stocking and prep: 
• Assisting with food prep, such as slicing meat and vegetables, and restocking supplies. 
• 
  

Additional duties

• Adhering to all food, safety, and security guidelines.
• Answering customer questions and providing menu knowledge.
• Potentially assisting with training new team members
