In-Shop

This is for MICHIGAN CITY, IN.

Starting rate for inshop is $14/hr

• Looking for part time or full time depending on individual's availability.
• Currently looking for someone available mornings AND nights. Anywhere from 6am to 10pm.
• Must be 18+ and not in highschool for the position we need.

This is a very fast paced work environment, so please be prepared to come with a sense of urgency to each shift!

Additional Requirements:

• Must learn the sandwiches and wraps (everything that comes on them) in a couple of weeks.

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• May need to be able to lift 10-30 lbs. occasionally throughout shift.

• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift.

Essential Functions include:

• Responsible for customer product and service standards

• Foster an environment of team work

• Responsible for delivering an exceptional customer and store experience

• Greet and thank every customer

• Execute quality store operations

• Clean store, small wares, merchandise and physical plant as necessary

• May need to be able to operate food preparation machinery

• Adhere to all food, safety and security guidelines

• Must be able to operate cash register and handle cash transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies
