The Opportunity

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Loan Officer with experience in Private Lending, Business Purpose Lending (BPL), and/or Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) lending.

The ideal candidate is an experienced loan originator and closer with an established book of business and relationships with real estate investors. Candidates should be comfortable generating business independently while converting company-provided leads into additional production.

Company leads are designed to supplement an existing book of business, not replace self-generated business.

Target production: $3M+ in funded loan volume per month, with strong interest in candidates producing 4M- 5M+ monthly.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Existing book of business and established client relationships
  

• Private Lending, BPL, and/or DSCR experience strongly preferred
  

• Proven experience originating and closing loans
  

• $3M+ monthly funded production strongly preferred
  

• Ability to self-source and generate new business
  

• Transferable pipeline is a significant plus
  

• Strong real estate investor relationships
  

• High-volume, phone-first sales mentality
  

• Ability to overcome objections and close business
  

• Knowledge of credit, pricing, leverage, loan structures, and financing options
  

• Strong CRM, pipeline management, and follow-up skills
  

• Results-driven focus on closings, funded volume, repeat business, and referrals
  

Business Development

The Loan Officer will grow their book of business and presence within the real estate investor community through prospecting, networking, industry conferences, investor events, local meetups, referrals, and relationship development throughout the Tampa market.
