Scott Electric has a current opening at our Norvelt, PA branch for a Full-Time Inside Sales position with our Print & Stitch Division, M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm. In this position, you will be working in a production environment responsible for sales and customer service on all types of promotional items.  

Responsibilities:

• Meeting both face-to-face and over the phone with a wide range of customers while offering  print and paper solutions


• Completing quotes in detail for clients and handling the customers satisfaction from contact to delivery


• Communicating with customers, buyers, and graphic artist to ensure all sales transactions are accurate and completed on time
  


• Process work orders accurately with print locations, quantities, and the items to be printed.


• Keep up-to-date on current trends and new products


• Other assigned duties as required or requested

Requirements:

• Must lead-by-example


• Provide courteous customer service


• Be customer savvy


• Strong oral and written communication skills


• Ability to prioritize work assignments


• Must be able to multi-task and have a keen attention to detail


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment


• Strong organizational and time management skills


• Must have strong mathematic skills


• Sales experience is a plus


• Must be proficient in computer skills with accurate typing


• Must be able to follow directions and procedures


• Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area
