Inside Sales Assistant

Job summary

This is a full-time position supporting a sales team in the Salt Lake office. The role involves assisting with major customer accounts, preparing quotes, handling overflow sales calls, and managing outsourcing tasks. The position requires a strong commitment to upholding the company's core values while demonstrating exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the internal system.


• At least 1 year of college or university education.


• Strong, assertive personality with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, over the phone, and in writing.


• Proficient with common computer applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.


• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy.


• Excellent attendance record and a strong team-oriented attitude.
