Job Summary: The position will be responsible for customer service, office administration and sales support as needed. Will also work with plant manager and sales team to monitor inventory and place, and track orders as needed. Customer service via answering phone calls and customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate updates on orders and quotes as needed. Assisting with office duties including completing paperwork, order entry, and other office work as requested.
