Job Summary


We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this outbound business-development role, you will prospect, engage decision-makers, create interest, and qualify B2B opportunities to schedule high-quality discovery meetings for our Account Executives.

Schedule




  • Monday to Friday (Standard shift of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with flexibility for occasional evening customer meetings across time zones)




Key Responsibilities




  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct multi-channel outbound outreach (100+ targeted phone calls daily, supplemented by personalized email and LinkedIn sequences).




  • Decision-Maker Engagement: Identify and connect with key decision-makers across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, and Infrastructure.




  • Lead Qualification: Use our sales methodology to qualify prospects based on business need, timing, scope, decision-making process, and budget.




  • Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality discovery meetings and warm handoffs for Account Executives and sales leadership.




  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate activity logs, contacts, opportunities, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.




  • Pipeline Development: Build and manage target account lists while executing consistent follow-up strategies for long-term prospects.




  • Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in daily/weekly sales coaching, call reviews, role-playing, and strategy sessions.




Qualifications & Skills




  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.




  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software experience.




  • Sales Aptitude: Strong phone presence, excellent active listening skills, and comfortable executing high-volume outreach.




  • Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions quickly.




  • Self-Starter: Strong time management, organization, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.




  • Integrity: High level of professional integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.




Work Location & Physical Requirements




  • Work Setting: Standard office environment with standard tools (computer, headset, telephone).




  • Travel: Ability to travel periodically via personal/company vehicle or airplane as required (must maintain a valid driver's license).




  • Physical Demands: Ability to sit for extended periods working at a computer station; ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
