Job Summary

Lyon Metal Roofing is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our team in Radford, VA. This position is responsible for taking customer orders, processing transactions, and ensuring a smooth and efficient ordering experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.


• Accurately take and enter customer orders into the system.


• Provide customers with detailed and accurate product information, including availability and pricing.


• Process payments and handle transactions efficiently.


• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.


• Assist customers with product selection and recommend additional or alternative items when appropriate.


• Maintain knowledge of current products, promotions, and company policies.


• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong customer service skills with a positive and professional attitude.


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.


• Basic computer skills and experience with order processing systems preferred.


• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
