Inside Sales Support - Delaware

The Inside Rental and Sales Support role is responsible for timely execution of order writing to successfully achieve customer’s needed requests. The position will support the senior rental and sales team, while also servicing new and existing customers who call in to place orders. Workflow will follow company standards and procedures. 

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

• Act as in-office support for Account Executive – Main Light East, including tracking calendar and inbox.
• Responding to customer requests for quotes in a timely fashion, via phone, email, and chat. 
• Writing rental orders and new sales in accordance with the structure and standards set out by the Account Executive – Main Light East.
• Quoting approved pricing, preparing contracts, and assisting customers through any customer paperwork and onboarding. 
• Closing rental orders that have been shipped and received by customer or received back in to warehouse rental stock. 
• Assist customers with any disputes or equipment issues.
• Utilize creativity to propose solutions for customers’ needs, based on active inventory and availability levels. 
• Build a strong knowledge of our inventory and customer base.  
• Work with the location Operations Manager to approve timelines on order pulls and capacity for warehouse to complete work. 
• Be available for any in-warehouse customer prep to execute order changes, additions, or adjustments as needed in a timely manner.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, PHYSICAL AND KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years of previous entertainment industry sales experience is preferred, specifically in the Eastern region of the United States.
• Strong knowledge of inside sales environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable, and well organized.
• Excellent Customer Service skills to deal with both internal and external personnel.
• Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations and meet deadlines and goals.
• Strong PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
