Job Description - Inspection Deluxer

Department: Inspection

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt â Hourly Pay

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6 am-4:30 pm; Friday, 6 am-10 am (overtime may be required)

Overview of Responsibilities:

Inspect finished furniture for accuracy and quality.

Verify style numbers, nail applications, sewing details, and more.

Address quality issues in collaboration with team members.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing inspection or quality control.

High school diploma or GED preferred; Lean Manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
