With general supervision, the Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that the completed engine and/or component meets the minimum quality standards as established by both the FAA and our customers.

Physical Demands
During the job the employee is required to:
· Bend, Squat, Kneel, Climb, or Balance.
· Reach with hands and arms and perform operations requiring fine motor skills and dexterity
· Sit, Stand, Walk, Push/Pull, Talk or Hear, and Handle Objects.
Required Education and Experience:
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in the inspection of aircraft components and documentation
· Proper use of micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, optical comparators, CMM’s, and other basic inspection tools
· Must be able to read, comprehend, and interpret dimensional drawings and OEM manuals
Preferred Education and Experience:
· A&P Mechanic, or prior holder of Repairman Certificate
· Prior experience in issuing FAA Form 8130-3’s
