Install Lead

Responsibilities:

• By working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager and installation apprentices, you will complete jobs on time.
• Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business. 
• Ensure jobs are properly completed; complete checklists within our system.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and correct inventory on truck. 
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Train and mentor teammates to ensure on-time, high quality installations. 

• Clean, safe driving record. 
• Thrives in fast-paced team environment.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. 
• Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.  
• Individual contributor who also loves to win as a team.  

Full-Time / Schedule:

· Monday to Friday

· Rotating Weekends

A valid and clear Driver's License is required

Pay:

· Earn hourly training pay while attending our 3-week free Paid Training!

· Earn $50K, 60K, 70K or more ++ with our performance pay plan
