The rental division is fast growing and comprised of unique specialty items to include: tables, chairs, 

tabletop, bars, custom built pieces, and furnishings.

Installation Team Member – RW Events Rental Division & Venues

At RW Events, our Installation Team Members are more than just delivery crew, they’re the face of our brand on event day and the final touch that clients remember. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and crucial to our client experience. Team members work together to safely deliver, install, and strike rental items with care and efficiency, always upholding our reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing RW Events with professionalism and pride
• Follow guidance from the Installation Lead to complete event setups and pickups on schedule
• Safely load, unload, and transport rental items, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage
• Set up and strike rental inventory—including specialty furniture, tables, and décor—quickly and precisely
• Inspect items post-event and report any damage, loss, or issues to the Installation Lead
• Respect venue policies and maintain a courteous, professional presence on-site
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols at every step
• Take all required rest and meal breaks per Florida state law
• Support warehouse operations and maintenance when not on delivery or setup
• If assigned as a driver, follow all vehicle guidelines and maintain a clean driving record

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required during peak seasons
• Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
