Installer

Job Summary:

The Installer will be responsible for providing best practices and installation techniques at the moment of the installation of our construction materials at customer sites, ensuring quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs installations of construction materials.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine installation requirements.
• Measures and cuts materials to fit specific dimensions and angles.
• Installs materials according to guidelines and standard procedures, taking into account industry best practices.
• Ensures installations comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Works collaboratively with other installers and subcontractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Troubleshoots and resolves any issues that may arise during installations.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses any customer concerns or questions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Abilities: 

• Knowledge of construction materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in construction or installation work, preferably in the construction materials manufacturing industry.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials on a regular basis.
