Job Summary
The Instrumentation Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the management, maintenance, availability, quality, and inventory of surgical instrumentation and equipment utilized throughout the hospital. This position serves as a liaison between Sterile Processing, Operating Room (OR), Surgical Services, vendors, and clinical departments to ensure instrumentation is available, functional, compliant with regulatory standards, and supports safe patient care.Pay Range
Minimum $55,598 Midpoint $73,653 Maximum $91,728Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
Required: Minimum 3–5 years Sterile Processing experience. Previous experience coordinating instrumentation, inventory management, or surgical services preferred.
Preferred: Experience with pediatric instrumentation preferred.
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED required.
Preferred: Associate's Degree preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
