Fred F. Collis & Sons has been providing energy performance solutions to the greater Mohawk Valley area for over 88 years! We are seeking insulation installers to support the continued growth of our operations.  If you have worked in the trades in any capacity and you're looking for a rewarding career that helps people save energy and money on their utility bills - this could be the opportunity for you.  For those without prior insulation experience, if you have a desire to learn the trade - we will happily train you! 

Job Overview:

• Perform AND manage weatherization work safely, effectively, and efficiently. This includes insulating walls, attics, and basements.
• Associates will be expected to properly and professionally represent Fred F. Collis & Sons - maintaining the company's high standards of excellence and craftsmanship.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driver's license is required

Requirements

• Experience with insulation like cellulose or spray foam is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
• BPI Certification, Manufacturer Certification or previous insulation/weatherization experience is a plus.
• Basic Hand tools required.

Pay is dependent on experience and ranges from $18 - $25/hour.
