Insurance Credit Clerk

Wilson Trailer Company, a leading manufacturer of Grain, Livestock, Gooseneck and Flatbed Truck Trailers, is looking for an Insurance Credit Clerk. This is a full-time position in the credit department located in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota.

The Insurance Credit Clerk ensures all financed trailers have appropriate insurance paperwork filed as required within company guidelines. Performs administrative support such as processing and maintaining credit applications and title paperwork. Work follows standard procedures and is closely supervised.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions

1. Ensures proof of insurance is provided and current for all financed trailers.


2. Assists with new contract processing & funding


3. Assists with Month-End accounting process & provides reports to Management

Skills & Requirements

Age:                                 Eighteen years of age minimum.              

Education:                      High school diploma, or equivalent.

Preferred Experience:  One year data entry experience preferred.

Computer Skills:           Competent, able to employ computer software capably. 

Communication:           Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate clearly and concisely using the English language.    

A Drug Screen and Background check will be required.
