Experience That May Be a Fit

  Insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims.

  Managing discovery, depositions, motion practice, and litigation strategy.

  Working with insurance carriers, claims professionals, and insured clients.

  Evaluating liability, damages, settlement opportunities, and litigation exposure.

  Preparing cases for mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial.
