Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the insurance verification portal.


• Make updates and configuration changes to ensure the portal functions properly.


• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve portal issues.


• Work closely with the development team to improve functionality and implement new features.


• Review insurance workflows and ensure the portal accurately reflects payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.


• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to learn complex workflows and make system configuration changes.


• Experience with software development, QA testing, databases, or web applications is a strong plus.
