In This Role, You Will:

Float between NYBH locations as needed.
Follow all NYBH policies and procedures.
Update and maintain electronic patient records; assist in transitioning records to digital format.
Record patient information such as vital signs and changes in medical history.
Prepare examination rooms for patient appointments.
Assist in maintaining medical inventory and ordering new materials as needed.
Provide patient education on medications and disease management.
Assist physician during examinations and perform EKGs, phlebotomy, and lab tests.

We Require:

Current NYS LPN license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience in a lead role or potential to act in a lead capacity.
Proficiency in OncoEMR (preferred)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Prolonged periods of standing, bending and reaching.
Frequent exposure to chemicals, bloodborne pathogens, and patient bodily fluids.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Willingness to travel to NYBH locations.

Salary: Up to $44 per hour based on experience
