Intake Specialist, 11am 8pm Shift (Monday through Friday)

Are you looking for an exciting career change?  Do you love helping people?  Do you enjoy providing customer service over the phone?  Gruber Law Offices, the premier personal injury Firm located in Milwaukee is looking for talented and caring individuals to join our team.  This position will be serving as the first point of contact for prospective clients, current clients, and non-client callers. Plays a vital role determining our client’s satisfaction. Answer incoming calls, gather information from caller, employ critical thinking skills to analyze information to determine next steps, transfer caller to appropriate Firm employee, transfer caller to appropriate referral, provide outbound follow up, schedule appointments and assist with completing paperwork.  Position is responsible for making a great first and lasting impression.   

While this is a remote position, the candidate must reside in southeastern Wisconsin.  

In-office training will be required before transitioning to fully remote role.
