What You'll Do:

• Welcome Clients: Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage Client Data: Accurately enter and maintain confidential client information in our systems, adhering to all compliance guidelines.
• Coordinate Services: Communicate and collaborate with various teams to initiate services for prospective clients. 
• Provide Support: Address client inquiries with empathy and provide accurate information to assist them effectively.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services settings is highly valued.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with client management software.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
