Now Hiring: Intake Specialist / QA Visits 
Emerest Health of PA | Venango County, Mercer County & Surrounding Areas This is not a remote position. 

Emerest Health of PA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intake Specialist to join our team and serve clients throughout Venango County, Mercer County and the surrounding areas. This position plays a vital role in ensuring clients receive high-quality care and support from the very beginning of their service journey. 

Qualifications:

• This is not a remote position. 


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in home care, healthcare, or a client-focused setting


• Must reside in Pennsylvania


• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned coverage area


• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
  

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client intakes and comprehensive home assessments with clients and their families


• Perform quality assurance and supervisory visits in clients' homes


• Assess the quality of care being provided and ensure compliance with agency policies and standards


• Document and report findings from quality assurance and supervisory visits


• Collaborate with clients, families, and care teams to support positive client outcomes
