Intake Specialist – ABA Services

Location: Highland Park, NJ – In Office
Schedule: Sunday 9:00 AM–1:00 PM | Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00/8:00 PM
Position: Part-Time with Potential to Grow into Full-Time
Spanish Speaking: A Plus

Circle Care Services is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Intake Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with families, communicates well, and can help guide parents through the process of getting ABA services started for their child.

Responsibilities

  Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for new families interested in ABA services

  
  


• 
  

  Speak with parents to understand their needs and explain the intake and enrollment process

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up consistently with families to keep the intake process moving

  
  


• 
  

  Collect required documents and information from parents

  
  


• 
  

  Assist families with completing intake paperwork

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with internal teams to help move children toward starting services

  
  


• 
  

  Keep intake information and statuses accurate and up to date

  
  


• 
  

  Respond to parent questions by phone, text, and email

  
  


• 
  

  Provide a warm, helpful, and professional experience from the family's first interaction with Circle Care

  Organized and able to manage multiple families at different stages of the intake process

  Comfortable working on the phone and following up frequently

  Able to work independently and take ownership of getting things done

  
  


• 
  

  Spanish speaking is a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in healthcare, ABA, customer service, intake, or a related field is a plus, but not required

  
  

Schedule

Sunday: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
Monday–Friday: Approximately 4:00 PM–7:00/8:00 PM

This is an in-office position in Highland Park, NJ. The role will begin part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position.
