Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

  • 3+ years of hands-on industrial robotics integration and deployment experience

  • Proven experience integrating robots in real production environments (academic/lab-only experience is not sufficient unless accompanied by significant industrial compliance experience)

  • Experience with 6-DOF robot arms from major manufacturers (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Universal Robots, or similar)

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and safety standards (ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06, NFPA 79, NEC, CE marking)

  • Experience with industrial PLCs, electrical panel design, and control systems

  • Proficiency in CAD software for layout design and integration planning

  • Understanding of motor control, servo systems, and industrial communication protocols

  • Ability to read and create electrical schematics and P&IDs

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple customer deployments

  • Excellent communication skills and customer-facing experience

  • Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites

What Will Differentiate You

  • Master's degree in relevant engineering discipline

  • Professional certifications in robotics safety, electrical systems, or industrial automation (e.g., Certified Automation Professional, CSP, RIA, OSHA certifications)

  • Experience with specific industry verticals (automotive, manufacturing, electronics, logistics)

  • Knowledge of machine vision integration and CNC machinery

  • Experience with risk assessments and safety circuit design

  • A proactive, self-starting mentality with excellent problem-solving skills and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

What We Offer

  • A unique opportunity to work at the forefront of robotics and AI

  • A central role in a growing startup where your contributions will directly shape our future

  • Competitive salary, employee equity, and bonuses
