Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead (C) - IAO

Job Overview:

The Intelligence Solutions Integrator – Team Lead leads intelligence data integration and information sharing efforts with bilateral and multilateral foreign partner organizations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead team conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
• Work with bilateral or multilateral partners on intelligence information sharing and data/system interoperability.
• Deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
• Draft and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and complex reports.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with 7 years' experience or High School Diploma with 9 years' experience accepted.
• 8+ years of experience related to intelligence solutions with at least a portion within the last 2 years.
• 4+ years demonstrated experience leading a team in intelligence operations.
• 4+ years demonstrated experience providing data integration support.
• Demonstrated experience working with foreign partners on intelligence sharing.

Security Requirement:

• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
