What We’re Looking For

✔ Previous Director of Nursing or nursing leadership experience
✔ Strong Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Acute Care, Swing Bed and Long-Term Care operations
✔ Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills
✔ A passion for rural healthcare
