Interim Manager

Candidate must possess excellent organizational skills and communication skills.

Candidate must be adept in utilizing computer programs and the internet.

Oversee daily inpatient coding operations; provide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to coding teams across all facility settings; act as subject matter experts (SME) for facility coding, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements; perform coding audits and quality reviews to maintain accuracy and productivity standards; support coders with complex coding scenarios, escalations, and education; monitor and improve coding quality, turnaround times, and operational efficiency; collaboarate with internal stakeholders on process improvements and coding compliance initiatives; and maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding guidelines, payor requirements, and regulatory changes.   

Associate degree in a health-related field required

RHIT required with CCS certification.
