Interior Design Sales Consultant

Interior Designer

Sheffield Furniture and Interiors, a four-generation family business, is looking for a passionate and sales-oriented interior designers to join our team. Our designers love their job and that is why they go the extra mile to help their clients create the beautiful home they've always wanted. This will involve making in-home visits and design presentations including floorplans, sketches, coordinating fabrics, paint colors, and floor covering selections. Designers are also expected to close sales, register prospects, and be active on social media. Do you thrive in an environment of collaboration, entrepreneurship, and excellence? Your Strengths:

• Years of experience in sales and/or interior design - 3 or more


• Knowledge of interiors and design concepts, practices, and methods


• Creativity, innovative thinking, and problem solving


• Interpersonal communication skills, verbal, listening and written; including client presentation skills


• Collaborative and professional work ethic


• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred but not required

• Constantly learning about design trends


• Interested in using social media to showcase design expertise


• Understands the importance of maximizing sales opportunities


• Enjoys working on a team of inspired and talented individuals


• Self-starter with a positive attitude


• Knows how to develop long-term relationships with clients
