We're looking for our next Campaign Assistant to help lead high-profile campaigns for Manhattan Theatre Club and New York Philharmonic — and we'd love to fill this one from within. You know DCM, you know how we work. Now let's get you growing!

Why This Role is a Big Deal

You'd be stepping into real leadership — running shifts, coaching and motivating a calling team, managing reports, and being the go-to person in the room when the Campaign Manager needs backup. $17.50/hour Part-time,   In-office

What You'll Actually Be Doing

• Running the room during your shifts — attendance, lead distribution, coaching reps, quality-checking transactions


• Stepping in for the Campaign Manager when needed


• Helping hire, train, and support the calling staff


• Keeping accurate, timely reports in CenterStage


• Making sure client transactions are on point


• Generally being the reason the shift runs smoothly
