Position Summary

We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, hospital-employed primary care clinic located on campus in Lawton, OK.

This is a full-time, outpatient-only position with no hospital call, offering a stable and collaborative work environment ideal for physicians who value continuity of care and work-life balance. You will join a supportive team of experienced physicians and advanced practice providers, backed by dedicated administrative and clinical staff.

Essential Responsibilities

• 
  

  Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

  
  


• 
  

  Conduct preventive health exams, wellness visits, and screenings.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system.

  
  


• 
  

  Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

  
  


• 
  

  Licensure & Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine; eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Prior outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome to apply.

  
  


• 
  

  Skills: Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal abilities with a commitment to patient-centered care.
