Job Description - Internal Operations Support

Bravera Bank is hiring for a full-time Internal Operations Support in Mandan, ND. Bravera is an employee- and director-owned company that is committed to helping our employees forge a new path in their career. This position is responsible for a variety of accounting, financial, and clerical duties. Performs posting or balancing, filing, calculating and other bookkeeping/operations as assigned.


 


MEASURES OF SUCCESS:



  1. Able to complete daily duties comfortably and with high efficiency.

  2. Able to provide customer service and navigate Silverlake and 4sight to help assist with customer research.


 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  1. Earn and maintain the respect and trust of people. Display honesty, integrity, and morality.

  2. Responsible to promote a positive and collaborative environment that supports teamwork and excellent customer service throughout the organization.

  3. Contribute to the overall success of the organization by leveraging opportunities as they relate to all entities of Bravera Holdings Corp.

  4. Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism regarding all employee and customer issues and information.

  5. Provide customer service on the phone and in person, answering bookkeeping questions and assisting customers as necessary.

  6. Posting, balancing, filing, calculating and other bookkeeping or accounting operations.

  7. Perform specific bookkeeping duties as assigned (see attached).

  8. Assist other departments of the bank by answering Internal Operations questions and helping with research projects.

  9. Responsible to know and follow current bank policies and procedures related to the bookkeeping and operations area.

  10. Responsible for promoting the organization in the community through participation in various civic and community events, activities, committees, and organizations.

  11. Adhere to all banking rules and regulations, including but not limited to the requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act. In addition, the employee will be proactive in the prevention of illegal activities, will vigilantly look for activities that may constitute any type of fraud including money laundering, and will report any suspicious activity to the BSA Officer


 


QUALIFICATIONS:



  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  2. Experience: An acceptable combination of education and work experience.

  3. Skills/certifications: Basic computer knowledge.

  4. Experience with customer service.
