We are seeking detail-oriented, driven, and organized Internal Service Advisors to assist with all internal vehicle service operations. This role is critical to our dealership’s reconditioning and inventory readiness processes, and you'll play a key part in ensuring our vehicles are front-line ready, fast and flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain internal service workflow for pre-owned vehicles, including reconditioning, inspections, and repairs
• Communicate clearly with sales managers and service technicians to coordinate vehicle status and timelines
• Ensure all internal repair orders are completed efficiently and in accordance with dealership and OEM standards
• Maintain detailed tracking and reporting on internal vehicle pipeline and costs
• Work with internal techs and support staff to achieve daily and weekly targets
• Work closely with parts department to ensure timely parts ordering and returns
• Help establish and enforce best practices for reconditioning processes

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as an Internal Advisor in a high-volume dealership
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with sales and service teams
• Deep understanding of the automotive reconditioning process and timelines
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred
• Valid driver’s license
