Required skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Master’s degree in Tax.
7+ years recent public accounting firm experience including managing multiple tax accounting projects and client engagements, directing and scheduling staff, and managing workflow. Additional industry experience a plus.
CPA certification
Experience in mentoring, guiding and training associates
Experience with tax technology
